Star Student Project

Recent years Star Student Project have witnessed a significant growth of cloud computing services that substantially reduce capital and operating costs by sharing resources such as CPU time and storage among a large number of tenants. The underlying infrastructure is provided by data center (DC) networks embracing dedicated hierarchical tree topologies. Star Student Project with expensive switches in the higher layers, and lower end edge switches that connect to thousands of servers. Recent research advocates “scale-out” topologies that can horizontally expand DC architectures to provide for increasing aggregate bandwidth among all communicating hosts by interconnecting a large number of inexpensive commodity switches.
