This
is because the Star Student Project guest
OS is directly exposed to user applications that may contain various fatal bugs
Star Student Project, causing the
whole system to crush. In such a situation, if Star Student Project dirty data are stored and managed at the
guest, important data will be lost (unless additional complex mechanisms are
available to flush the Star Student
Project dirty data from the guest cache to the hard disk in real time).
Using synchronous I/O operations at the Star
Student Project guest, user dirty data will still be kept in the Star Student Project host when the
guest system crashes. Thus, the Star
Student Project system becomes more robust to guest faults.
