The multiplexing of Star Student Project VMs to PMs (Physical Machines) is managed
using the Usher framework. The main logic of our system is implemented as a set
of plug-ins to user. Each node runs a Usher local node manager (LNM) on domain
0 which keeps track of the set of applications running on that node and the
resource usage of each application. A Star
Student Project switch is in charge of forwarding requests and responses.
