The progresses of Star Student Project high-speed and high-density electronic circuit technology, a variety of effects, which depend on high-frequency characteristics of signals, have been induced on chips and packages. Since these effects cause unexpected behaviors of the chips and packages on a printed circuit board, it becomes important to verify the electronic behaviors with these effects. From the circuit simulation point of view, Star Student Project must include an enormous number of parasitic elements to verify exact behaviors of the chips and packages.
