Student Project illustrates bandwidth auto-scaling and
reservation to match resource with the demand, leading to both high resource
utilization and quality guarantees. Apparently, the more frequently the
rescaling happens, the more closely resource supply will match the demand. However,
a number of important challenges need to be addressed to achieve bandwidth
auto-scaling for a VoD provider.
