To overcome the problems faced in our Star Student Project system we go for the proposed work for encouraging the network processing. In our proposed system we are going to select a fuzzy c-means algorithm for clustering process. Fuzzy c-means (FCM) is a data clustering technique in which a dataset is grouped into n clusters with every data point in the dataset belonging to every cluster to a certain degree.
