KP-ABE is key authority set access control policies to the Star Student Project data users who can decrypt the cipher text and user’s key to user and it can be encrypted by set of attributes. The key authority chooses a policy for each user that determines the ciphertext for decryption. The KP-ABE can solve the Keyscrow model but it is a decentralized method so performance is very poor.
