In every time step, each PE must send the values of the branch block currents located at the boundary part of the sub circuit to the adjoining PEs. Consequently, the proposed method can do the parallel simulation and be faster than the single CPU-based block-LIM as the number of PEs is increasing. Once Star Student Project categorize parts of the circuit as the basic and/or block topologies, we can formulate the updating formulas in the finite difference sense.
