The main objective of this concept is to increase the network life time and also reduce the energy consumption of this network. For this purpose Star Student Project introduce energy-aware sink relocation (EASR). This algorithm first find out the sink node and relocates the position of a sink node. From that result the network lifetime is increased. A WSN consists of small-sized sensor devices, which are equipped with limited battery power and are capable of wireless communications.
