For increasing the network lifetime, in our concept Star Student Project introduce the energy-aware sink relocation (EASR) for mobile sinks in WSNs. We propose a sink relocating scheme to guide the sink when and where to move to. Some mathematical performance analyses are given to demonstrate that the proposed Star Student Project sink relocating scheme can prolong the network lifetime of a WSN.
