Due
to this Star Student Project problem
in smooth edge the losses will be occur, so to avoid loss the smooth region
here we are going to implement Distributed canny edge detection.
Canny developed an approach to derive an optimal
edge detector to deal with step edges corrupted in the white Gaussian noise.
